Every Damy & Sush piece is hand-finished with diamond-grade moissanites, premium 5A cubic zirconia, or cultured pearls, set in 925 sterling silver or high-grade demi-fine bases. We stand behind our craftsmanship with a clear, no-fine-print promise.
Our Promise
Craftsmanship Warranty — 12 months against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, from date of purchase.
Lifetime Shine Promise — Complimentary replating against normal plating fade or tarnish, up to 2 free replating per piece within 12 months of purchase. Beyond this period, replating remains available at a small handling cost.
What's Covered
•Faulty clasps, stone settings, or solder joints
•Plating fade or discolouration from normal wear (within Shine Promise period)
•Repair, replate, or replacement — at no labour cost
If your exact design is no longer available, we'll offer either a comparable piece or store credit of equal value — your choice.
What's Not Covered
•Tarnish or damage from chemicals, perfumes, lotions, water, sweat, pools, or improper storage
•Scratches, bends, or stone loss from impacts and mishandling
•Repairs or modifications carried out outside Damy & Sush
•Personalised or custom-made pieces after delivery
•Lost or missing pieces
Following our Care Guide keeps your warranty valid. We may decline coverage if care guidelines have clearly been disregarded.
How to Claim
- WhatsApp us at +91-9871144495 or email contact@damysush.com with your order ID, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description.
- Our care team responds within 24 hours. Once your claim is approved, ship the piece prepaid to the address provided — we cover return shipping back to you.
- Assessment takes 7–10 working days. Approved claims are completed within 2–4 weeks.
- You'll receive tracking updates at every stage.
