We want every Damy & Sush piece to feel just right the moment it arrives. If something isn't perfect, we've made it simple to make it right.

15-Day Easy Returns

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return any unworn piece — in its original packaging with tags intact — for either a refund or an exchange.

A flat 5% return processing fee applies to refunds only, covering reverse-courier and inspection. Exchanges are completely free.

What's Eligible

•Wrong item received
•Size or fit issues (rings, bangles)
•Defective on arrival

What's Not Eligible

•Earrings — for hygiene reasons (industry-wide policy)
•Personalised pieces
•⁠ Items showing signs of wear, alteration, scratches, or damage.
•Returns initiated after 15 days

How to Initiate a Return

1. WhatsApp us at +91-9871144495 or email contact@damysush.com with the subject line "Return – [Order #]" and your contact number.

2. Our care team will respond within 24 hours with return shipping instructions.

3. Once we receive and inspect your piece, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

For exchanges, your replacement is dispatched as soon as we receive the original — no waiting on inspection.
